While out for a walk one day in 2006, I was hit by a car going 80 miles/hour.  I survived, rehabbed and found my passion: strength/fitness/kettlebell training and sharing the same with other women.  I opened my own studio in September 2009, was training for, and nearly ready to attend the Russian Kettlebell Challenge and then got diagnosed with breast cancer.

I’m  pretty good at getting stronger.  Breast cancer has no chance.  It’s just going to be more fuel for the fire.
